Shipping

UK and European delivery is via Royal Mail, 1st Class Recorded, larger items by DHL courior service.
Special delivery is available on request for next delivery and a Saturday delivery also with an extra charge.

NOTE: Please allow 2-6 working days for delivery (UK Domestic. International orders may take longer)

International

Shipping outside the UK is generally posted through the basic Royal Mail Airmail service. More comprehensive service can be arranged by request.

Returns & Refunds: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Returns & refunds must be returned to us in as new condition in the original packaging – and must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Clothes must NOT have been worn (other than to try for size) or washed.

To enable us to process your return efficiently please contact us before you make the return. Please write a note telling us what you would like us to do (exchange/credit note/refund). While we ask you to cover the postage of the item back to us we shall reciprocate by sending your replacement/s back post free. Any Goods returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Credit and debit cards are refunded electronically to your Credit/Debit card account. Paypal is refunded to your Paypal account. Refunds will be made to your Credit/Debit card or Paypal account 3-5 days from reciept of returned goods.  All other refunds are made by cheque.
